Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, with no payment obligation. During the trial, saving and export are disabled; the report can be viewed on screen.
Prices are set in Hungarian forint, which is the currency of invoicing. The euro figures are indicative conversions at the current rate and may move with it — if you need a fixed euro price, ask us for a quote.

Pricing questions
Before you subscribe
Is the price per user or per company?
Per user. One subscription means one access key and one data space. If several people need to work in parallel, each needs their own subscription — sharing a key means sharing a single data space, which leads to conflicts.
Is the number of sites or calculations limited?
No. Add as many sites and run as many calculations as you like. The plans differ in the depth of features, not in volume.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time with a pro-rata settlement — your data stays intact. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
The contract renews for the same period unless you cancel — but there is no automatic charge, since we hold no card details. On renewal we send a new pro-forma invoice, with at least 30 days' notice for annual plans. You may cancel at any time without giving a reason; it takes effect at the end of the current period (Terms 7.2–7.3).
What happens when the subscription ends?
Your data is not lost immediately: during a grace period you can still sign in and export it, only new calculations are blocked. The exact period is set out in the terms of service.
Why does it cost this much?
Professional tools in this field sit in the same band: PVsyst and PV*SOL around €700–850 per year, and HOMER Pro — the closest match in capability — around €1,300 for the base tier and above €2,000 for the higher tiers. SiteEnergy adds Hungarian regulatory reporting, a Central European tariff catalogue and energy-community settlement — capabilities that are typically outside the scope of international simulation tools. Our real differentiator is not a single feature but that the regulatory report and the investment payback are built from the same measured hourly data.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, against a pro-forma invoice. After you order we send the pro-forma; access is activated once we confirm the transfer has arrived, and we send the sign-in details at the same time. Every payment is invoiced under Hungarian rules.
