All rights reserved. Use, copying or redistribution requires prior written consent.
This does not extend to data uploaded by the subscriber, nor to the results and reports produced with the Service: those belong to the subscriber, who may use them freely in the course of business (see clause 9 of the Terms (HU)).
Liability
SiteEnergy produces energy calculations and draft reports from data supplied by the user. Professional interpretation of the results, the content of regulatory submissions and investment decisions remain the user's responsibility.
